What happens if I run over my booked hours?

Your chauffeur can extend on the spot, billed in 30-minute increments at your vehicle's hourly rate, subject to availability.

Does the vehicle wait while I'm at a stop?

Yes. Wait time at every stop is included in your hourly rate — there's no separate waiting fee.

Is gratuity included in the hourly rate?

A standard gratuity is included in your quoted rate. Additional gratuity is always appreciated but never required.
